Rance Tabangay is known in the construction industry as an individual on a constant path to ensure quality work is being executed in everything he manages. Rance’s remarkable customer service is what sets him apart from other contractors backed up by his seasoned experience. He began his career as an expediter in the residential field, then moved on as a carpenter working with a local general contractor constantly self-improving, and then honed and sharpened his knowledge and skills with a local company working on small to large scale military projects where ultimately he became an accomplished Journeyman Carpenter for Local 745. Recognized as a confident decision-maker with an aptitude for leadership, Rance soon became an Assistant Superintendent managing multi-million dollar projects by the age of 30, a rarity in the industry. Recently, Rance has re-entered the residential construction industry as an established Senior Project Manager, and has managed multiple projects over the past 15 years. With over 25 years in construction under his belt, his knowledge and skills have earned the trust of the many customers he has had the privilege of working with.
